Registration: Cost for this years NEPTF is $45 for M.Sc. and Ph.D. students and $65 for all other attendees, which includes a coffee break on March 20th as well as breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on March 21st. Registration fees can be paid by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Single Queen/King or Double Queen: $119.00 + taxes
Executive King Suite: $144.00 + taxes
Royalty Family Suite: $169.00 + taxes
Note: There are a limited number of suites available, and these exit directly on to the Courtyard where the meeting and meals will be held. If you have mobility issues or have multiple people staying together, these are a great option.
